As a Los Angeles native, Shelina Martinez, President of Ocean West Insurance Agency Inc. is intimately familiar with Southern California where she has spent her entire life. She boasts 20+ years’ experience as a Broker and a Risk Manager and as such, she understands every facet of the Personal Insurance business. Shelina has extensive experience in personal insurance risk management and the affluent residential portfolios. She takes tremendous amount of pride in performing at the highest level of professionalism for her clients. Having developed successful personal insurance divisions at her previous agencies she has built invaluable long-term relationships with many of the top carriers in California. It is through these relationships you will see the best rates with the most comprehensive coverage. It has also what has made her a trusted expert among her clients and peers. Most notably, opening her first location in Upland, CA.
Shelina also holds two agency council seats which allows her to facilitate customer concerns, and able to deliver questions and concerns directly to the State Legislature and carriers providing the coverage. She also holds a volunteer Registrar board position with Team USA Soccer Club. Volunteering to our youth has always been a passion of hers as well as watching a great soccer game!
